To mark the 15th anniversary of cult anime series Oban Star-Racers, Savin Yeatman-Eiffel from Paris, and Thomas Romain from Tokyo, discussed Oban’s unusual development process, its production in Japan and the way French and Japanese artists collaborated with one another, the current successful Kickstarter Blu-ray campaign, as well as Oban’s possible future. The live sessions took place on Sunday February 14th in French and Sunday February 27th in English.
